AWA Refund Policy

If you submit the refund request prior to the start of the first practice (August 1. 2016 for cheer and August 15, 2016 for football), the refund is 100%. 

If you submit the refund request after the start of the first practice (August 1, 2016 for cheer and August 15, 2016 for football), the refund is 50 %.  

There will be no refunds for any requests postmarked after August 31st, 2016.  The refund request document can be found under the "documents" tab on the menu on the left hand side of the website.

Refund request must be in writing using a Refund Request Form and mailed to PO Box 507, Redding Ridge, CT 06876-0507.
